Napoli reportedly will offer 55m euros plus Adam Ounas for Lille striker Nicolas Pepe, but Inter has already offered 80m euros including bonuses.
According to the Sportitalia journalist, Alfredo Pedulla, Napoli's insistence on a loan agreement for James Rodriguez is because they are willing to spend money in Pepen.

Peduto explains that Napoli is working on a deal now and some time, even before their interest in James, and have decided to make a bid of 50-55 million euros plus Ounas services.

Despite having played very little in his two years at San Paolo, Ounas has caught the eye in the glory with Algeria at the Nations Cup with two goals and two assists.
